BridgePoint powers your business tech. We're experts in Tasmanian small business IT, audiovisual and digital signage. Our audit process is a smooth and simple process where we come to you to assess your existing technology stack and licensing, and tailor a solution to not only give you one point of contact, but save you money in the process.

1. Audit

Depending on the size and needs of your business, we'll set up a call or come in to meet you to discuss your current situation, any existing pain-points and what you're looking to achieve. We'll discuss, if necessary:

The number of staff and devices we would need to support
Your current internet, phone, web hosting and email service providers
Your primary operational software and subscriptions
Any existing internet security and password management protocols
Your cloud storage and backup providers
Anything else that you're not currently doing that you would like to explore

2. Proposal

We'll come back to you with our recommendations based on the information we collect. This could include:

Supply, installation and configuration of new equipment
Consolidation of your software licensing
Assessment of your internet security and password management
Ensuring you have access to your domain and web hosting services
A robust backup solution
Digital signage or audiovisual design
Any on-going licensing and support costs

3. Implementation and On-boarding

Once you've accepted the proposal we will begin the on-boarding process which could include:

Obtaining your existing Administrator credentials for any on-premise equipment, as well as Global/Super Admin for 365/Workspace to assist with user management and other needs
Installation of new hardware
Development of an internet security and password management policy
Perform any migration required - cloud services, domains/web hosting, etc.
